La Diagonale des Fous is the main ultra-trail organized by the Grand Raid association on the island of Reunion, a French overseas department in the Indian Ocean. This race is organized in October and is renowned for being one of the most difficult of its kind in the world. Its departure is given in the south of the island, in Saint-Pierre.
